"How far that little candle throws its beams! So shines a good deed in a naughty world." William Shakespeare

Well hello there, my it seems like we were right here jawing just a day or so ago. Welcome to Monday, December 23, 2013, where I will be finishing up my last Ho Ho Ho appearance of the season this afternoon. I will then moth ball The Suit, figuratively, not literally, of course, and hurry up to wait until I can pull it out again next year. You have to know I'm kidding on that one. I love doing the Santa show but I am more than happy to take a ten month hiatus from that program. But, how in the world are you and yours doing as we count down these final hours? Some people don't have enough to worry about. I read about some child advocacy group that is standing in opposition to the annual NORAD Santa tracking they do every year for the children. This group says this radar tracking of Santa along with fighter jet escort is needlessly injecting militarism into Christmas. Some 23 million kids logged in last year to see the progress that Santa was making. Would someone please tell those folks to go find a corner to sit in and be quiet and leave the rest of us alone. You can quote me on that one. Talk about making it to the naughty list!

I do hope you have a great Monday and I will do my best to keep you posted on any new developments that happen to wander into my viewfinder, you know, The View From Here, and all of that. May God add His blessings to our day. Amen. ....More later.
