Good morning and welcome to a special holiday edition. It is a very different kind of Labor Day than those we have celebrated in the past. The COVID threat continues and many are still searching for jobs. However, we still have the Lord and He is on our side.
Here is my contribution to the celebration of work. This lady, The Wife, has been over in Louisiana for a week helping with the clean up at her sister's place. They have been working from the wee hours in the morning until dark-thirty. She has contracted a severe case of poison ivy and has now had a shot and other meds but has not been able to travel back due to the discomfort. She comes from a long line of hard workers and she continues to earn her place in that line.
