Thinking about my baby brother Donald on what would have been his 67th birthday.

Good morning and welcome to Thursday, September 3, 2015. It's on this day back in 1948 that my baby brother was born. Donald grew up to become a United States Marine. He retired from the Corp after twenty years many of which that were spent training recruits in his role as a drill instructor. I suppose the motto of once a Marine always a Marine fit him well. Some continued to call him Sarge or Gunny. He left us for his final journey home in 2011 but today we pause to honor his memory and his service to our nation. We also continue our prayers for his children and their families including his grandchildren.

I wrote recently about President Obama and his comments about those who oppose the Iran nuclear agreement. He said they were no different than the radical Iranians shouting death to America in the streets of Iran. Now we have Democratic would be nominee for president, Hillary Clinton, saying that Republicans remind her of the radical terrorist groups in how they treat women. You know: rape, beheading, forced marriages, and brutal treatment of all kinds. She has now added those who support sending illegals back to where they came from as essentially doing the same thing the Nazis did with the Jews when they loaded them in rail cars and sent them to concentration camps. Really? Here's what's different this go around. The mainstream media loves these comparisons. They support them. They emphasize them. They bring people on to agree with them. But yet if someone openly charged Mrs. Clinton as a serial enabler to her husband in the exploitation and abuse of other women the whole realm of news media would martial their forces against any who would dare to say something like that. She did just that. And, furthermore, she was a leader of a team in the White House who aggressively and viciously attacked any woman who would speak up about her husband regardless of the charges or the facts. While she accuses her opponents of being like the Taliban she has refused accountability for people killed on her watch in terms of being forthcoming about the circumstances that led to their deaths. She unequivocally supports Planned Parenthood and the news media has joined the chorus with the same response to these unbelievable revelations from this baby killing group. She and the media have broadly condemned, not the unspeakable inhuman practices that are beyond description, but rather, they have united in their condemnation against the people who dared to make these videos. They are the criminals. How many times have I told you? It's an upside down world. It's a wonder to me that we don't all fall off!

A recent study of how female frogs decide upon a mate might shed some light on how ladies evaluate those males vying for their attention. It seems that a particular species of lady frogs are attracted by the sounds made by their potential suitors. Those that can sing fast, really fast, but low, you know, a fast singing bass, well, they have the upper hand. Those that sing slow and those that sing high, well, they are not typically chosen. When they put the fast low singer into a room with a less fast singer the faster low singer wins nearly every time. But, when they put the fast low singer, the less fast high singer, and a really slow low singer into the room the lady frogs switch their choice. They choose the bachelor behind door number 2, the one in the middle, the less fast high singer. The evolutionist muckety mucks think this might explain why a lady goes out with her less attractive friends so that she will look better to potential suitors. They are really serious. I mean it. I love stuff like this because to me it is hilarious! Here's how the Creator reported on this subject: "And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.  And Adam said: 'This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.' Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh." (Genesis 2:21-24) I think I will stick with His word on it. How about you? Take care and may God bless. Amen. ....More later.
