It's me again!

Hello friends and neighbors. It is Tuesday, April 24, 2012, and yes, I am still around. We've had a busy last few days taking care of this, that, and the other. Yesterday, my wife's birthday, was spent trying to get her insurance straight which we were able to do, thank the Lord. We also got her in to see her doctor and we are now hopefully on a better track to get her some help with her recent health challenges. Not such a great way to spend your birthday but we think it will be a good start to get her some help and for this we are thankful. She couldn't have been more pleased with the outpouring of birthday wishes from phone calls, from Facebook, and the many cards she received. She also received numerous textings and phone calls including several from her grandkids, and that was so sweet. On Sunday, 22 of us gathered at an eating establishment to recognize her birthday. It was one of those days that we will allways remember. She came home that evening and all she could say was how wonderfully blessed she felt. Getting that group together is not so easy and having everyone in good spirits including the little ones all at the same time, who said the age of miracles has ceased. We are still pursuring some activites on my vacation agenda but we are thankful to the Lord God of heaven for the progress we have made. Thanks to so many of you for your prayers and support.
