Proverbs 31:28–29: ~ "Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: 'Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.'"

Welcome to another beautiful day in someone's neighborhood. I think we are supposed to have a stormy day here, on this Friday, May 8, 2026, but, as they tell us, the sun is still shining even if we can't see it. And, more importantly, The Son, He is watching over us each and every day. Amen. This upcoming Sunday we will celebrate another Mothers Day. I've said in the past and I will say it again because I'm the one who has been there and done that with the moms God surrounded me with during my sojourn here on the planet: Not one of them were perfect but all of them were born again and striving to be faithful to God and their families. I have known plenty of people over the years who were not privileged to have these types of moms in their life, therefore, that gives me even more reason to praise God because He knew what I needed. He did. He really did. Happy Mothers Day to my wife, mother of our three sons, the moms who gave birth to our 11 grands, our grand moms who gave birth to our 11 great grands with one great grand on the way, and also to all moms who happen to read today's episode. My prayer is that each of you will be blessed for your many labors of love. Amen.

That last photo is of my sweet mom, (1924-2017), in the top one that's yours truly sitting with her, I was 7 years old and I treasure the last one because I was reading to her a passage from God's Word as she was recovering in the hospital. Until next time, may God be with 'you all', (As the Apostle Paul said in the letters to the Romans, the Corinthians, and, the Philippians, or, maybe he meant 'y'all'.) and may He meet every need, in Jesus Name, Amen.
