Since I was here at the computer, I spent some time looking through the thousands of photos I have accumulated over the years. That's always a good way to think about all that has happened and how blessed we have been. I'm not saying some of the photos don't require a tear or two, but, God was faithful then, He is faithful now, and He will be faithful until the end. My end. Not His. I saw some old photos I couldn't resist so I made a photo of them from the computer screen onto my phone and sent them to some of the family so they could get a kick out of them too. I am on my second paragraph so I have copied them into notepad just in case it fails to be saved in the application I use to produce my blogs. I looked at the various inquiries on the Tachus technical support text based application on my phone. Whoa! There are some really upset people. People who work from home. People who are dealing with deadlines. One of the upsetting things is whatever the issue is they do not have a time line to get it completely recovered. It is fairly widespread affecting me here in the Spring/Woodlands area along with the Humble, Willis, Conroe, and Kingwood areas and some other zip codes I didn't recognize. There I was thinking they had devised this problem just to make my life difficult for today. Even if I can't get mine done today and before you say I could just do it on my phone because that's not workable, to finish my thought, no one will go without eating, no one will be sitting up late tonight waiting to see if it shows up, (my mom might have done that in the past since she read it every day and even if I was late she was concerned), my point is that it's just not that big of a deal. I wonder if they plan to give any rebates? I'm just joking. I remember back in the day in a galaxy far far away I was responsible for a the computing and telecommunications service for a Fortune 500 company. That included all network facilities. One day there was a major AT&T hub outage up in the East Coast region. A vice president had me on the phone explaining how they could not load trucks and create bills of lading, therefore, if I didn't do something, I would be held responsible for any losses in their plant. I know a little how Tachus feels, however, I am now the VP with a product to deliver and if they don't get it working I will mount a campaign to change their name to Nekros. I'm just joking around here.
Latest update: Cut fiber cable. Yikes. It is being repaired at this time. Sounds like a plan, but, all I care about is it working and me being able to use it. And, at this time, it is still not working well enough for me to publish but as you can see, I've burned through more than my fair share of keystrokes in producing today's episode which could be subtitled, Much to do about nothing. I do hope your day is going well. Internet not working, God is working. Things not going well, God is working. Feeling down and out, God is still working. John 15:7, Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at work to this very day, and I too am working." And, yes, He's still working on and in me. You too. Take care and may God add His blessings. Amen.
